When talking about your foot arch the term pronation always comes up. Foot pronation simply refers to the way your arch collapses while in a pattern of movement ie walking or running. Neutral pronation is when the foot rolls marginally inward. There is a comparable even distribution of body weight on the foot, followed by a forward motion.
